The Advance & Rutgers Report, An Analysis of Economic, Business & Demographic Trends is a joint venture of Advance Realty and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. It is a quarterly report which will be a provocative and comprehensive analysis of the conditions affecting our national, regional, and state economies, and more than 3,000 copies are distributed each quarter to the state legislators, major academic institutions, real estate professional, and business leaders in the metropolitan area.
