Investment Strategy

Advance Realty Interests, LLC intends to acquire a mix of income producing properties and value added opportunities, including development and redevelopment projects, in high barrier to entry Northeast markets within the Company's area of expertise with a focus on transit oriented locations.

Investments will include development, value added investments and the acquisition of stabilized assets in Multi-family and Mixed Use properties.  Additionally, the Company seeks to acquire Office, High Tech and Medical properties through sale-leaseback, build and buy to suit transactions and the acquisition of corporate surplus real estate which can be enhanced through well conceived design, construction, leasing and management expertise.
