Advance Realty strives to be an exceptionally responsible corporate citizen. It is our belief that in order to create a “high performance building” we must educate and encourage our employees and tenants to connect with the idea of green practices at work and at home.

Advance Realty hosts a number of special events annually to encourage and educate our employees and tenants on green practices. Past events include:

• New Jersey Clean Energy Program - Educational forum on the various rebate programs offered as incentives for sustainable practices.
• Tenant Energy Awareness Program - Educational forum designed to teach our tenants/employees about the effects they have on the environment.
• Lighting Fair - Cosponsored by the NJ Clean Energy Program and the Board of Public Utilities, the lighting fair offers tenants and visitors the opportunity to purchase various energy-efficient lighting at discounted prices.
• Green Seminars - Cosponsored by various vendors, the program discussed and displayed a variety of eco-friendly plants, fertilizers and pesticides, as well as plants for interiors that help to keep their home and office space green.

Advance also distributes a “Green” newsletter quarterly to our tenants to continually provide updates on building improvements and green practices. Tenant responses to these initiatives have been overwhelmingly positive.
