Green cleaning is defined as cleaning to protect health without harming the environment. A Green Cleaning program goes beyond chemical and equipment choices. It includes policies, procedures, training and shared responsibility efforts that maximize the impact of cleaning materials on the health of building occupants and protect the environment as a whole.

Our green cleaning program is designed to increase the health and indoor air quality of our buildings for the benefit of our employees, tenants and the environment.

The Green Cleaning program includes not only the use of Green Seal® and similar green certified products—its takes a holistic approach to sustainability and incorporates our unique philosophy that health is directly tied to our tenants/ clients satisfaction.

Advance Realty is committed to continuous improvement in:

• Demonstrating institutional practices that promote sustainability, including measures to increase efficiency and use of renewable resources, and to decrease production of waste and hazardous materials, both in Advance’s own operations and in those of its suppliers.

• To further increase our commitment to the environment, all hand towel products consist of a minimum of 80% post consumer recycled content and toilet tissue consist of 60% post consumer. Furthermore, our toilet tissue is colorless, eliminating the need for stub rolls and waste. These products exceed federal guidelines of 50% post consumer recycled content.
