ACP Land Holdings, LLC ("ALH") is the strategic investment arm of  Advance Realty, which specializes in creating and adding value to a range of diverse land assets. ALH uses its financial experience and resources to acquire, entitle and develop sites ranging from medium to large scale development.  ALH will also seek to acquire properties through the acquisition of distressed debt securities and partnering in work-out situations which fit our long term goals and objectives. Our expertise and highly professional approach creates the highest and best use for a maximum return on investment.  ALH's principal activity is developing residential, commercial and mixed-use projects and has a vast wealth of experience in bringing turnkey projects through to completion.
