ADVANCE REALTY FOUNDATION MISSION

To use the resources of the Advance Realty Foundation to meaningfully improve the self-sufficiency and effectiveness of organizations focused on education, arts/humanities, youth, families and community development issues.

There are many reasons why Advance has grown and prospered from its humble beginnings in 1979. A strong sense of moral values and character, a belief in continuing education and a passion for giving back to the community are among them. To focus our philanthropy, the Advance Realty Foundation was formed in 2001 to improve education and educational opportunities, preserve arts and history, positively effect today's youth/families, especially at-risk and minority groups and enhancing economic opportunities for at-risk and urban populations.

Advance Realty has always believed it is incumbent upon us, both as an employer and as a company, to contribute to the social and economic well being of the communities in which we operate. It is vitally important to us that we have a healthy business and personal environment.
